The Present Woman Initiative was born from a singular, powerful realization: The "waiting room" is not a void; it is a grooming ground.

In February, at the Dear Stephanie Roundtable, we looked into the eyes of women who were essentially on "pause or merely passing through" Students just going through the motions of school life, professionals looking for a shift in their careers, and women quietly waiting for the seasons of marriage or motherhood to begin.

We saw a common trap: treating the current season as a placeholder for the next.

We believe that you shouldn't wait for the ring to understand marriage, or the child to study parenting. You shouldn't wait for the corner office to master leadership.
